What is the Curated Shortlet Portfolio?

Who manages the apartment?
The developer who built it, through its own dedicated shortlet team: marketing, guests, check-ins, cleaning and maintenance. Zee Realty stays your point of contact throughout.
Where does "60%+ average occupancy" come from?
From the developers' own booking data for apartments they already manage. One managed apartment averaged 64% occupancy over 12 months, about 19 of every 30 nights. Occupancy varies by property, location and season and isn't guaranteed. We'll show you the figures behind any property you're interested in.
Can I stay in the apartment myself?
Yes. Tell us your dates in advance and they're kept free for you.
Can I do all of this from abroad?
Yes. We can walk you through properties by video call and guide you through buying from wherever you live. You're welcome to view in person when you're home.
What happens when a property sells out?
Once every unit is sold, it's gone. Ask us to put you on the waitlist and we'll tell you first when something similar joins the portfolio.
